Refund Policy

Affordable R&D Education Provider will provide cash refunds in certain circumstances. Students will receive a full or partial refund in circumstances whereby they are unable to attend a scheduled classroom course because of an immediate family member death or hospitalization. In most instances, the decision between rendering a full or partial refund will be predicated on timely notification. We consider timely notification as a minimum of 10 business days prior to the start date of the course.  This policy only applies to classroom instructions and not web-based courses. Affordable R&D Education Provider will also provide refunds when a student cannot attend a course for the following reasons:

Full Refund

a.  an instructor cancels a course
b.    website technical difficulties (online courses only)

 a. extreme weather conditions (students have the option to reschedule free of  
 charge)

 b. late notification of an absence normally approved by our company

 No Refund 

 a.  failure to notify an instructor of an absence (“No Show”)
 b.  failure to complete a paid online course
 c.   notification of an absence after the scheduled course date

Inclement Weather Policy 
 
Students are expected to attend all scheduled courses during inclement 
weather.  However, in cases of extreme inclement weather conditions such as 
tornadoes, floods and any other conditions whereby roads are impassable,
student are not expected to attend a scheduled course.  However, students are
expected to contact Affordable R&D Education Provider to reschedule their
courses within 10 business days after the original start date of the course. 
Students who elect not to reschedule, will not receive a refund.
